NEW: WEHA Committee Opportunity!

Hello everyone,

In case you missed it—the WEHA Board updated our bylaws in September. Check them out here. The new bylaws bring a new committee—the Strategic Planning Committee. We are looking for members to make up this new committee.

Why participate?

  • It’s a great resume builder

  • Shape the culture and climate of WEHA

  • Gain project management skills

  • Help evaluate the Association’s mission, set a vision, define long-term goals, and determine the actions needed to achieve them

  • Meet and work with other EH professionals = great networking

  • TREATS (provided by Maddie once COVID settles down)

What’s the time commitment?

  • In the first year, plan on meeting once a month virtually for about 2 hours

  • There may be some small group projects that take an additional 2 hours a month (optional)

Who should participate?

  • Anyone interested in EH! That means students, new EH professionals, and seasoned EH professionals; all are welcome!

  • Folks need to be a WEHA member to participate—sign up for a membership today if you aren’t currently a member.

Okay, Maddie, you have my ear and I am interested. What do I do now? Please fill in the interest form HERE.

Thank you,
Maddie Wojciuk, MS, REHS
